The Application provides a platform for booking various service professionals such as house help, hotel staff, chefs, construction workers, and other labor partners.
This document outlines how we collect, use, protect, and share information gathered through our Application. By downloading, accessing, or using our Application, you agree to the terms and practices described in this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Customer Information
When you register and use our Application as a customer, we collect the following information:

Service Partner Information
When you register as a service partner on our platform, we collect:

We clearly indicate which information is required and which is optional during the collection process. While certain basic information (name, contact details) is required to use our services, you can choose whether to provide optional information.

- Geotag orders for efficient service delivery
- Provide accurate distance calculations for service pricing
- Enable real-time tracking of service partner arrival

Location Collection Methods:
- GPS coordinates (when the app is in use)

- Manual address entry (as an alternative to automatic location)
Location Data Usage:
- Active Use: Location is collected only when the app is actively being used
- Background Use: Location may be collected in the background during active service bookings
- Storage: Location history is stored for up to 30 days for service quality and dispute resolution
You can enable or disable location services for our Application through your device settings at any time. Please note that disabling location services may affect certain features of the Application, including:
- Automatic service partner matching
- Real-time tracking features
- Location-based pricing calculations
- Automated address filling
If you choose to disable location services, you can still use the Application by manually entering your address for each service request.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our Application may use certain third-party services for functionality such as payment processing, analytics, and app performance monitoring. These services may collect certain information as described below:
- Analytics providers: Limited device information and usage patterns to improve app performance
- Payment processors: Transaction information necessary to process payments (but not your full payment details)

CROSS-APP TRACKING AND APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY
We do not currently engage in cross-app tracking (tracking your activity across other companies' apps or websites for targeted advertising). Should this change in the future, we will update this policy and request appropriate permissions in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
For iOS users, you will be prompted with an App Tracking Transparency permission request if such functionality is implemented in the future.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
If you do not log into your account for 30 consecutive days, your data will be automatically wiped from our active systems.
